Make work work better.

For you. For your business. For your team.

HOW YOU WORK

When the way you're working isn't working anymore.

You don’t necessarily need another productivity system. You need to understand what’s consuming your time, attention and capacity — and design a way of working that fits the business and life you’re actually leading.

HOW YOUR BUSINESS RUNS

When your business has grown, but the way you run it hasn't caught up.

Projects, people, clients and priorities are multiplying — and too much still depends on you. I step in as a fractional operations partner to create structure, ownership and follow-through.

HOW YOUR TEAM WORKS

When everyone is busy, but important work still isn't moving.

As the founder of Virtufully Ltd., I work with teams and organisations to uncover the work-design patterns creating overload, fragmentation and friction — and build better ways of working together.

Productivity Isn’t About Doing More.

My work is grounded in Peaceful Productivity® — the belief that better performance doesn’t come from squeezing more into already-full days.

It comes from designing work more intentionally: clearer priorities, realistic capacity, better systems, space for focused work and ways of working that people can actually sustain.

Whether I’m working with one founder, inside a growing business or across a team, the question is the same:

How can we make work work better?

I’ve spent my career figuring out how to make work work better.

My background spans operations, commercial roles, entrepreneurship, virtual support, team management, systems and process improvement, productivity and work design.

I’ve worked inside businesses, built my own, supported founders behind the scenes and worked with teams to understand why work gets stuck.

That combination means I don’t look at productivity as an individual discipline. I look at the whole system — people, priorities, capacity, processes and the way work is designed.

The way we work is changing. The way we design work needs to change with it.

Attention is one of the most valuable assets we have as founders. Every decision, interruption and context switch competes for it. Yet most productivity advice focuses on managing time, not protecting attention.

In The Attention Recession, I explore why many of the challenges we call productivity problems are actually work design problems—and what founders, teams and organisations can do differently.

Something about the way work gets done isn't working?

Whether it’s how you’re working, how your business is running or how your team is operating, we can start by understanding what’s actually getting in the way.

What Changes When We Work Together

"I recently booked a 'Peaceful Productivity - Result Driver Session' with Anne, and it was truly transformative. The session gave me the clarity and confidence I needed to identify where to start, and I’m eager to continue working with her to stay focused and make better use of my time. This experience has been invaluable in helping me align my goals with productive action." Lucy Quiroz: "Working with Anne was a complete pleasure. She helped me to clarify my head and find my priorities as a mum that got loose in the busy days. Her method was open and easy to follow. Thank you so much to help me during my hardest time. I will be grateful for getting into my life at the right time."

“Anne has helped me in identifying where I can be more productive as an entrepreneur, while also honoring that I am a mother and have other things going on in my life. Helping me to step back and look at everything from the tools I can be using to increase efficiency, to setting boundaries, while I worked with Anne, I was able to develop a more intentional structure of my day, plan for holiday break with my children (and not feeling stressed), and I learned a new way to look at my priorities, and get a move on them. During our time together I was able to bring on a new client because I had the knowledge about my schedule and how to confidently and responsibly bring on someone new.”

"An audit of another kind. I recently invested in a Peaceful Productivity Audit with the very lovely and deeply experienced Anne Rajoo, and I can't speak more highly of this whole experience. Peaceful in that it honours your needs and capacity (and doesn't pull your brain out of shape trying to exceed and excel - hello old ways) and productive in that it offers the guidance and guardrails to work with pace. A pace that feels both good and necessary to move the needle in your work. Investing in support over the last few years has been fundamental to my personal and professional needs and growth."

"I decided to stay fully active and involved in my fitness studio and with my new responsibilities as a mum, I found it challenging to balance my time and energy. Anne helped me find a balance between the 2 full-time jobs I now have. Each session we had practical tips, actions, and rituals that I could put in place to help me find a routine that works best and be more present in my business and as a mum. Most importantly, she helped me transition into that new role and align and balance both roles and remove the guilt of choosing to be a working mum. I loved the way the coaching sessions were structured. They were 30 minutes long. Short enough to fit in a busy schedule and just long enough to get to what's important. Anne is a wonderful coach and has a very calming and encouraging energy."

“Before working with Anne, I was feeling frustrated & overwhelmed by content creation for my online coaching business. I had so many ideas, pages of handwritten notes & voice memos but I was struggling to organise them into my content plan. After sessions with Anne, I have a new perspective on how to approach my content creation. I have a way to go yet but I’m feeling so much happier in what I share & when. I go with the flow & I feel confident about it. It was a pleasure working with Anne. She really listened to my worries & fears, & asked me the right questions at the right time so we could find a solution together. She is a beautiful, calm person to work with & I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again. Thanks so much, Anne.”
